So apparently you can drive ATV’s on the road in Japan…. License plate and all…. I hear that if it has wheels and goes just get a license plate and your good to go. I guess old grandma Suyama on her moped isn’t much better.

ATV’s were all over Greece. Not only them but mopeds as well and you were able to rent them. I don’t know how the drivers are in Japan but I know in Greece if there was a red light or some sort of traffic they would drive on the sidewalk and you would see a bunch of pedestrians dodging this vehicles.

I guess it’s just a little surprising seeing as in the US won’t even allow a dirt bike and yet here they have four wheelers trouncing around.
Hey I’ve seen dirt bikes on the road in NC…guess it depends on what state you are in as to if the dirt ike is allowed on the road.
