Coming and Going

Here’s a post,… sort of dedicated to Sanjiv. So what’s “Good Bye.” I won’t get all philosophical, but in reality is good bye a symbol for the end? Some people think so, kind of like a “Sayonara Mato san.” In reality I am not leaving, but I’ll be around in the memories you have of me and vice versa. No worries, the next time we meet there will be more to be had. It’s a little difficult to explain my thinking at the moment but let’s see how you fair after this.

What is good bye to you? Sit there, think on it. Good,…. Bye. What’s so good about it? I’ll tell you, I left you with memories you will never forget and the anticipation that more will come! Keep in touch with me and I will always do the same.

Japan here I come, am I ready? Toujours la chance, beaucoups de langues melangent dans la tete. Pas possible d’expliquer. Peut-etre une journee je vais comprendre. A ce moment je suis content d’habiter la vie quand meme. Merci tout le monde. Ganbatte mina!

So I haven’t really written much, minus my last post on the 7th. I figure I will give an update and get some things rolling. Even though hardly anyone,… if anyone, check this thing I must continue! So I started building websites… why? I have no real clue honestly. I start from visual conception to and end with the final realization found on what we know as the www. The first product of design actually has scored me a second job already and I am super stoked! What’s more, I can do this from anywhere in the world! I am also working with a third group on a third website. To say the least, things have really picked up for me and I could make some serious progress in the world of business!

I really don’t think my first website was amazing, but apparently my client loved it so I am very pleased. If you are at all interested, check it out! A new webpage may be in the works for Acorns and Gold to help promote this new found business. Here’s the place you need to go: Lora Sings.

The 7th

So, lately I have been preparing my exodus,… well not so much an exodus, but my transition to Japan. It has been a trying month and a half filled with visits, packing, trashing, and starting many things. Through all of it I have been a little lost and just have not had time to really see everyone. I was lucky enough that a group of friends at URI decided to throw me a party on the 7th. It was honestly one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for me and I will never forget it. In all reality, I don’t see it as the end, but merely the beginning. Most of the people that were there, were in fact people I will probably see within the coming months. Sure I am moving far away, so you may be asking, “how can he see them so soon?” Well the truth is most of these people have plans to travel to my part of the world this summer or live in the area and will be moving back there come the end of the semester. A little ironic that they throw me a going away party, but it was amazing and I still hope to see them all one last time before I make the long haul to east Asia.
